Humonex is an AI workforce platform operated by Humonex Intelligent Pvt. Ltd. ("Humonex", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India. We deploy AI employees across finance, accounting, compliance, and operations functions for businesses that connect their tools and workflows to our platform.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal and business information we collect through the Humonex website, product, and integrations, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and contact data — name, work email, phone number, company name, role, and billing details when you sign up, request early access, or communicate with us.
- Business and financial data — data pushed to Humonex from tools you connect, including Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy Accounting, Excel/Google Sheets, and email inboxes. This may include ledgers, invoices, GST filings, TDS records, P&L statements, and supporting documents.
- Support communications — messages, screenshots, and files you share when you contact us for help.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — actions performed in the platform, features used, tasks executed by AI employees, timestamps, and audit logs.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and cookies necessary to keep sessions secure.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect only for legitimate purposes tied to running the service:
- Operate the platform and execute the tasks assigned to your AI employees.
- Authenticate users, maintain security, and prevent misuse.
- Provide customer support, respond to requests, and send service notifications.
- Improve product performance, reliability, and features based on aggregated usage patterns.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your financial or business data to train our AI models, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with parties that help us deliver the service, and only to the extent required:
- Sub-processors and infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, monitoring, and AI model providers under confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
- Integration partners — the accounting or productivity tools you explicitly connect to Humonex, so AI employees can read or write data as you instruct them.
- Legal and regulatory disclosures — where required by law, court order, or a lawful government request, and only to the extent strictly necessary.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to the terms of this policy continuing to apply.
Data security
Security is foundational to Humonex. We follow SOC 2-aligned practices, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for all customer data.
- Role-based access controls with least-privilege enforcement inside Humonex.
- Human-in-the-loop approval layers for critical actions taken by AI employees.
- Continuous monitoring, audit logging, and periodic security reviews.
No system is completely immune to risk. If we ever detect a security incident that materially affects your data, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to remediate.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, audit, or regulatory reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export the data you have provided to Humonex.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.

Humonex is built for businesses. The service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
